While growing up in Brooklyn, N.Y., and Montclair, N.J., Nick Baldwin earned his Screen Actors Guild card at age 8. Nick’s acting talent landed him roles in commercials, short films, voiceovers, plays and musicals in New York City and New Jersey. Later, Nick attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York and worked as a performer on both coasts. Along the way he became a certified personal trainer and, after returning to his hometown, was invited to join his mom’s team of top-selling Realtors. Nick then earned his real estate license and closed 13 transactions within his first year. Now he is a Team Member of The Baldwin Dream Team at Keller-Williams Realty in Montclair, NJ. Nick is also one of the stars of the hit HGTV series, "Bought & Sold," which is currently airing.
Like you, newlyweds, Nick was recently married on November 28th, 2009 to his lovely wife, Anne.
